• Special pricing - 0-2 years FREE, 2-below 8 years 50%, 8-15 years P300. Students above 16 years and pensioner (65 and above) P300 with proof ( passport or student ID). special pricing apply for office purchases.

• Cancellations - Reschedules and refunds-  Any cancellations and reschedules must be done at least by the day before the set travel date.In this case a refund of 90% will be issued. If you qualify for special pricing and purchased tickets on-board the bus or online, a refund can be collected from the office. Always bring proof: passport, student ID and have your date of travel or ticket. All this can be done via email or sms. Communicate prior collection of refunds.

• Documentation - All kids under 18 years travelling with one parent or a guardian, must carry an affidavit accompanied by a certified copy of both parents, certified copy of birth certificate. If all parents are present, a copy of kids certified birth certificate is a must. Call the immigration office for clarity as this might change.
